Dr. Tyler Jack
Chiropractic Physician, Southeast Sports & Rehabilitation
Dr. Tyler Jack is a native of Homer City, Pennsylvania where he grew up as a two-sport athlete excelling in baseball and football. After an number of injuries suffered on the football field, he focused his attention on baseball. In 2003 after graduating high school, he went on to attended Clarion University where he was recruited to play baseball. After one year at Clarion he suffered injuries at the end of the fall season, which brought him to where he is today in Sports Chiropractic.
Dr. Jack graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2008 with a Bachelors of Science degree specializing in biology, chemistry and human anatomy and physiology. Dr. Jack then attended Sherman College of Chiropractic where he graduated in the top of his class with Summa Cum Laude honors. Dr. Jack had been the founding member and president of Sherman College Sports Council which taught students a variety of ways to treat and prevent athletic injuries. Now as an avid recreational athlete, Dr. Jack is able to take the knowledge from his time spent on the field and apply it to weekend warriors, recreational, high school, collegiate and professional athletes.
Dr. Jack enjoys working out daily at Esprit De Corps Crossfit and his newest hobby stand-up paddle boarding. He enjoys working with local athletes and active individuals, getting them back to doing the things they love to do. Dr. Jack knows first-hand the effects that fitness training, sports and chiropractic can have on an athlete even after they are well past their days “on the field.” This is what drives him each day to provide the highest quality care to athletes of all ages and levels of expertise.
