Kansas City, KS (January 10, 2018) – The Forward Thinking Chiropractic Alliance (FTCA) announces the FORWARD KC Conference. The first ever gathering of progressive chiropractors designed for those evidence-based, science-driven practitioners who want to learn cutting-edge information on clinical practice, research, marketing, and business management.

“The members of FTCA are extremely excited for this event. This is going to one of a kind in making a cohesive presentation of what evidence based chiropractic practice is, how it looks, and how it behaves”, says Dr. Bobby Maybee, president of the Forward Thinking Chiropractic Alliance. “This information is not coming from gurus. We are bringing in doctors in the field who are making it happen every day in practice.”

FORWARD-KC will take place June 1-3, 2018 at Cleveland University (formerly Cleveland Chiropractic College) in Overland Park, KS.  FORWARD-KC is for chiropractic professionals and students who have traveled from around the globe to take part in education sessions, hands-on workshops and “TED-type” talks from speakers and presenters on the cutting-edge of complimentary healthcare.

This landmark event comes on the heels the American Chiropractic Association (ACA)’s announcement of their “Hands Down Better” initiative – a movement towards science-driven, patient-centered care and better collaboration with other healthcare professionals.  Chiropractic has received a great deal of public scrutiny and misunderstanding in the past due to a small, albeit loud, percentage of the profession that does not embrace these principles.  Groups like the FTCA,  ACA and others are poised and ready to do the work to change the public perception of the chiropractic profession by becoming a louder voice amongst the chatter of what the modern-day healthcare model should look like.

Progressive chiropractic professionals and those interested in helping to chart the course for the future of the profession are invited to attend.  Continuing education credits will be offered for many education sessions and the well-rounded and engaging curriculum will insure that each attendee walks away with a greater understanding of how to elevate their practice and the profession as a whole.

Registration is currently open and seating is limited for this highly anticipated event. Sponsors and vendor applications are also being taken.  For more information on sponsorships/exhibitor opportunities, call 877-489-4949 or email [email protected].  Interested vendors can also submit a form to request information at
